What can I expect from a session?
Every session is unique, but the focus is always on what you need most in that moment. We’ll begin by connecting with your energy and your Spirit team. From there, I may be guided to offer psychic or mediumship messages, past life insight, or energy clearing and healing. At the end, I’ll share feedback and guidance to help you integrate the work into your daily life.
Do I need to prepare before a session?
The most important thing is to come with an open mind and heart. You may wish to write down any questions or intentions beforehand. It can also help to set aside a little quiet time before and after your session so you can reflect and absorb the experience.
How do distance sessions work?
Energy isn’t limited by distance. Whether we connect in person, online, or by phone, I link directly with your energy and Spirit guides. Many people are surprised by how powerful distance sessions can feel - just as effective as being in the same room.
How will I feel afterwards?
Most people feel lighter, calmer, and more at peace. Sometimes, you may feel emotional or tired as your body and energy adjust to the work - this is completely normal. I recommend drinking plenty of water, resting if needed, and giving yourself time to process.
How many sessions will I need?
Some people feel a clear shift after one session, while others benefit from ongoing support. After your first session, I’ll share recommendations based on your needs, but it’s always up to you how often you’d like to return.
Is this work safe?
Yes. All of my work is grounded in respect, integrity, and compassion. I create a safe, supportive space for every client and work only with Spirit in the highest vibration of love and light.
Can I ask questions during the session?
Absolutely. This is your time, and you are encouraged to ask questions, share what comes up for you, or simply relax and receive.
Do you offer support after the session?
Yes. I provide feedback at the end of every session and may suggest simple practices to help you continue your healing and integration at home. You are also welcome to reach out with follow-up questions.
